As a Sales Opener, you will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and facilitate a seamless transition to a Resolution Officer for a comprehensive consultation. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and establish professional rapport.
- Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand each client's circumstances and determine eligibility for our services.
- Clearly communicate the value of our solutions and explain the client onboarding process.
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain records within the company's CRM platform.
- Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, qualified transfers, and conversion objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with Resolution Officers and other team members to support client success.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients as necessary to ensure timely engagement.
