Our Sales Openers play an important role in that process by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to the right members of our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our services.
  • Build rapport and establish professional relationships with potential clients.
  • Ask questions to understand their circumstances and identify potential needs.
  • Explain our services and communicate the value of available solutions.
  • Qualify prospective clients and connect them with a Resolution Officer for further consultation.
  • Maintain accurate client information and document interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective clients when necessary.
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a positive client experience.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but NOT required.
  • Retail, hospitality, call center, and customer-facing experience are welcome.
  • Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
