About the position:
- Initiate outbound calls to the IRS to gather information about clients' tax concerns and issues.
- Compile and organize comprehensive reports detailing clients' tax problems and the necessary steps for resolution.
- Request and obtain necessary transcripts, documents, and information from the IRS on behalf of clients.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion of assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
- Active PTIN and CAF numbers with the IRS are required.
- CTEC Certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience with a tax-related CRM.
- Possesses excellent computer (G Suite, Microsoft Office) skills.
- Time management – multi-tasker, able to manage large caseloads, prioritize cases, and follow up with Tax Professionals, Sales, and Clients in a timely manner.
- Ability to remain focused and productive within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience).
